Show the world what you’re made on in our seventh annual Dirt, Sweat, and Beer triathlon. It’s perfect for families, co-workers, beginning triathletes, and those who just want to have fun! This event is open to all levels of athleticism. Compete as an individual or join as a team (2-3 person team consists of each participant doing one leg of the race)
Each participant will receive an official event unisex tech shirt, race bib with chip timing, finishers medal, post race food, beer (over 21).
The race will start off in a 400 meter swim in our clean, 78 degree private lake. You will then exit the sand beach and transition to a 11 mile bike trail. Traverse along the river levee and through a working ranch on hard pack, loose gravel, hills, and uneven ground. Enter back into the second transition for a 3.1 mile trail run along the scenic San Joaquin River with varying terrain, hills, and habitat.
Following the event there will be awards, raffle prizes, music, food, and of course, a post race beer garden (over 21). Awards will be given to top three finishers in each decade age group, top three finishing teams, and first place overall male/female.
NEW THIS YEAR: We’ve added a Kids Triathlon. Age 6 and under family wave (min. age 4) Kids 6 yrs and under must participate with a paid parent. – 75 yd swim; 1 mile bike; 1/2 mile run; Kids 7-9 yrs – 75 yd swim; 2 mile bike; 1 mile run; Kids 10-13 – 100 yd swim; 3 mile bike; 1 mile run
Each participant will receive an official cotton race shirt, race bib, finishers medal and post race food.
Awards will be given for each age category.
