We salute ALL our Hero’s both at home and abroad. From our Military, Civil Servants, Survivors and those in the community that show us “what it takes” to be a Hero.
Challenge YOUR fitness with the first obstacle run with modified obstacles for ALL fitness levels. 5K and 10K courses along packed trails of varying hills winding around the San Joaquin River with two levels of obstacles at each site and 10K “Elite Waves” for those in TOP competitive fitness. This wave will challenge the most fit with walls, climbs, crawls, bars, strength challenges and more. “Elite Waves” limited to only 200 participants and will have the opportunity to win $300 cash prize and Great American Hero bragging rights.
ADDED: Police vs Fire Wave. “Who has what it takes?”. This special 10K wave will show case the MOST FIT of our civil servants. Challenge other departments and show them who is the STRONGEST and MOST FIT Great American Hero!! Discounts to all Police, Fire and Military participants. ID Required.
Support the cause and wear PINK. Some of our strongest hero’s wear PINK. Percentage of benefits go to the Susan G Komen Foundation.
We salute our military with a THANK YOU to all that serve our country! Percentage of benefits go to Semper Fi Fund that supports ALL divisions of the military and their families who have been injured or killed in the line of duty.
Each participant receives an official event shirt, swag bag, timing chip, finishers medal, and water.
FOOD, MUSIC, VENDORS, KIDS AREA. Spectators are FREE and encouraged to come and root on their competitor.
This is a family FUN day! Bring the kids for the kid zone!
Registration begins at 6:30a with the Elite Wave #1 and #2 at 7:30a and 7:45a. Police vs Fire Challenge at 8a. 5K and 10K begin at 8:15a
